L’Impero Romano è una istituzione interrotta e mai deceduta. Se v’è ancora un romano che sente nel proprio sangue la voglia di servire la patria degli avi, là ancora c’è Roma, perchè questa non è un posto, ma la nostra civiltà

Il 13 Febbraio 2007 Anno Domini, 2760 ab Urbe condita, risale la nascita di Res Publica SPQR Repubblica Romana, dalle mani di Caio Giulio Aquila assieme a Caio Regolo Cicerone e Antonio Aurelio Ottaviano.

A seguito del Plebiscito Popolare del 1 Marzo Res Publica diveniva una micronazione ufficiale con aspirazione alla sovranità. Essa rifiuta l’idea di essere quintomodista e virtuale, avanzando l’idea di essere un movimento di un popolo reale ed esistente che ancora si riconosce nelle sue insegne.

Res Publica SPQR Repubblica Romana è una micronazione sovrana e indipendente, e, come sancito dalla costituzione, rivendica il suo territorio originario, costituito da tutti quei popoli e territori che fecero parte in diverso tempo dell’Impero Romano d’Occidente e d’Oriente. Questa rivendicazione, tuttavia, non è vista come strumento di oppressione, ma come strumento di cooperazione, sotto le insegne dell’universalismo romano, qualunque sia la fede politica. Tutti i popoli sono liberi e viene riconosciuta l’autodeterminazione dei popoli, vedasi art.5 della Costituzione.

Come recita il primo articolo, “La Res Publica S.P.Q.R. è un Repubblica con principato di natura meritocratica e democratica, fondata sul lavoro e sul merito.
La Sovranità appartiene al popolo, che la eserciti nelle forme e nei limiti della Costituzione stessa. Noi ci poniamo come perfetta ricostruzione del principato romano, come sua continuazione, considerando l’Impero come una istituzione interrotta. La Res Publica è formata dall’associarsi, volontario e consapevole di individui, che volontariamente aderiscono e volontariamente secedono.

Infine, bisogna far presente che la Res Publica pur tutelando i propri cittadini non prende atto delle loro azioni compiute se esse non sono legate alla stessa micronazione e imputabili ad essa, se non per esplicita e palese richiesta sotto delega del Governo Imperiale legittimamente riconosciuto, come unica compagine statale e non come azione di singoli individui.

La Res Publica Romana si compie nell’atto di fratellanza dei popoli, in nome dell’universalismo del suo messaggio di vera libertà.

Res Publica SPQR Roman Republic is a sovereign and independent micronation And as sanctioned by the constitution, claims his original territory, constituted by all those peoples and territories which did part in different Roman Empire of the West and East. However, this claim, is not seen as tool of oppression, but as cooperation tool, under the signboards of the universalism Roman, any is the political faith. All the peoples are free and the self-determination of the peoples is recognized, see art.5 of the constitution.

How acts the first article of costitution, “La Res Publica S.P.Q.R”. is a Republic with principality of meritocratic nature and democratic, founded on the work and the merit.
The sovereignty belongs to the people, which exercises it in the forms and the limits of the constitution itself. We place ourselves as perfect rebuilding of the principality as Roman, as his continuation, considering the empire as an interrupted institution. The Res Publica is formed joining him, volunteer and aware of individuals, what voluntarily adhere and voluntarily secedono.

At last, it doing present is necessary that the Res Publica also protecting its citizens does not take act of their accomplished actions if they are not bound to the same micronation and imputable to it, if not for explicit and obvious request under delegation of govern imperial legitimately recognized, as only state framework and not as action of single individuals.

The Roman Res Publica is performed in the act of brotherhood of the peoples, in name of the universalism of his true freedom message.
